What this guide covers

This guide shows how to run Jobsite Check-in from the JobsiteOn iPhone app — the fastest way to confirm crew and equipment on site while you're standing at the job.

The mobile flow mirrors the web board, and everything you do syncs instantly. For the desktop version, see Run Jobsite Check-in from the Web.

Step 1 — Open the check-in flow

On the app Home screen, open Jobsite Check-in from the Today's schedule hero. You can also jump straight to a job's roster from that job's detail screen using its Check in crew action.

Step 2 — Pick an active job

The Active Jobs screen lists every job on site now — those in progress with crew or equipment assigned. Tap a job to open its roster.

Tip: Pull to refresh, or tap the refresh icon, if a brand-new job hasn't appeared yet.

Step 3 — Scan to check in

On the roster, tap Tap to scan and point your phone at a badge QR or NFC tag — it works for both crew members and equipment.

After each successful scan you'll see a "{name} checked in" confirmation with the time and method. From there you can:

Step 4 — Check in or out by tapping

You don't have to scan. On the roster you can tap a row directly:

The roster updates live as the crew scans in, so a teammate self-scanning shows up without a manual refresh.

Step 5 — Finish the job

When the full crew and all assets are checked in, the roster shows "Everyone is on site." Tap Send roster to office to share the confirmed on-site roster with your team.

Note: NFC tag reading and the camera require the relevant permissions on your device. If scanning isn't available, use the tap-to-check-in rows instead.
