What this guide covers

Jobsite Check-in confirms that the right people and equipment have arrived at a job before work starts. This guide shows how to run check-in from a computer.

Before a job appears here, it needs a crew or equipment assigned. To assign equipment, see Assign Assets to a Job.

Step 1 — Open Jobsite Check-in

Go to Check-in (/check-in), or open Jobsite check-in from the Assets hub. You'll see every active job that has crew or equipment assigned, each with a progress bar showing how many are checked in.

Tip: Jobs only show up once they're scheduled or in progress with a crew or equipment assigned. The header shows how many jobs have someone or something on site right now.

Step 2 — Open a job's roster

Click a job to open its roster. The roster is split into two sections:

The top of the page shows the job details and overall Checked in X of Y progress.

Step 3 — Check people and equipment in

You have two ways to check items in:

The roster updates live as the crew scans in, so anyone watching the board sees arrivals in real time.

Step 4 — Confirm everyone is on site

When the full crew and all assets are checked in, the job shows an "Everyone is on site" banner — your signal that the job is cleared to start.

Note: If a browser can't use the camera, the per-row Check in buttons always work, and your crew can scan from the JobsiteOn mobile app.

From the check-in board, open the Team tracking board to see where crews are across all active jobs.
