Upload Photos from the Web

Upload individual files or folders, take a photo on mobile web, and understand resumable Capture transfers.

Add files

Open a Capture Project and choose Upload photos. You can select up to 500 photos, videos, or supported documents in one batch. On a desktop, Upload folder preserves the folder path by creating matching project folders.

On a phone browser, choose Take photo to open the rear camera. Mobile-web captures use the same upload and evidence pipeline as other Capture files.

Leave safely

Capture divides each file into resumable parts and saves transfer checkpoints in the browser. The queue tells you when unfinished files are saved for automatic resume and it is safe to close the tab. Return with the same signed-in user, company environment, and browser profile to continue.

Short-lived upload URLs are refreshed automatically. Completed parts are not sent again. Files run with bounded concurrency, so one poor connection does not cancel the rest of a 500-file batch.

Keep folder information

When uploading a directory, Capture flattens each relative directory into a readable folder name such as Exterior / East. The original filename remains on the asset.
