Filtering by priority
- Click the Priority filter.
- Select one or more priority levels: Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
- Combine with status filters to create precise views, such as "All In Progress jobs with High or Urgent priority."
Filtering by assignee
- Click the Assignee filter.
- Select a team member to see only their assigned jobs.
- This is useful for reviewing an individual's workload or preparing for one-on-one check-ins.
Tip: Combine assignee and status filters to see a specific team member's active workload at a glance.
Sorting the list
Click any column header to sort the jobs list:
- Title — Alphabetical order.
- Status — Grouped by status stage.
- Priority — Ordered from Urgent to Low or vice versa.
- Created — Most recent or oldest first.
- Updated — Jobs with the most recent activity appear first.
Click the same header again to reverse the sort direction. The active sort column shows an arrow indicator.

Combining search and filters
Search and filters work together. For example:
- Type "plumbing" in the search bar to find plumbing-related jobs.
- Apply the In Progress status filter.
- Sort by Priority descending.
This gives you all active plumbing jobs ordered by urgency.
