Properties Keyboard Shortcuts

This guide lists the keyboard shortcuts available on the properties list and detail pages. Shortcuts help you navigate faster without reaching for the mouse.

Properties list shortcuts

Shortcut	Action
/	Focus the search bar
N	Open the New Property form
Arrow Up/Down	Move through property rows
Enter	Open the selected property
Escape	Clear search or close dropdowns

Property detail shortcuts

Shortcut	Action
E	Open Edit Property form
J	Switch to Jobs tab
Q	Switch to Quotes tab
I	Switch to Invoices tab
A	Switch to Activity tab
Backspace	Return to properties list

Tip: Press / on the properties list to jump straight to the search bar. This is the fastest way to find a property when you know part of the address.
