What this guide covers

This guide shows you how to access and review the complete service history for any property in JobsiteOn. You will learn how to navigate the tabbed history sections, filter records, and use the history to make informed decisions about future work.

Accessing service history

  1. Navigate to /properties from the left sidebar.
  2. Click any property row to open its detail page.
  3. The tabbed sections below the overview panel contain the full service history.

Jobs tab

The Jobs tab lists every job dispatched to this property. Each row shows:

  • Job title -- the short description of the work.
  • Status -- Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled.
  • Assigned to -- the technician or crew assigned.
  • Scheduled date -- when the job is or was scheduled.

Click any row to open the full job detail page.

Filtering jobs

Use the search bar within the tab to filter by job title or technician name. Use the date range picker to narrow results to a specific period.

Quotes tab

The Quotes tab shows all estimates created for this property:

  • Quote number -- the unique identifier.
  • Status -- Draft, Sent, Accepted, or Declined.
  • Total -- the quoted amount.
  • Created -- the date the quote was generated.

Invoices tab

The Invoices tab displays all billing records:

  • Invoice number -- the unique identifier.
  • Status -- Draft, Sent, Paid, or Overdue.
  • Amount -- the invoiced total.
  • Due date -- the payment deadline.

Tip: Use the service history to spot patterns. If a property has recurring jobs every quarter, consider setting up a recurring job schedule to save time.

Count badges

Each tab label includes a count badge showing the number of records. A quick glance tells you how much history exists without opening each tab.
