JobsiteOn uses third-party subprocessors for hosting, database storage, object storage, cache/queue infrastructure, email delivery, payments, SMS, error monitoring, analytics, and optional integrations. The current list is published in Third-Party Subprocessors.

When AI Foreman is used, scoped prompts and relevant JobsiteOn context may be processed by approved model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, OpenRouter, or a configured private gateway. These providers are disclosed as subprocessors and handled under the vendor terms for the configured provider.
