What this guide covers

This guide provides a plain-language overview of JobsiteOn's privacy policy. It covers what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over your data. For the full legal text, read the complete Privacy Policy.

Data you control

Your workspace data -- contacts, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, and file attachments -- belongs to you. JobsiteOn:

Does not sell your data.
Does not share your data with advertisers.
Does not use workspace data to train JobsiteOn-owned AI models.
Uses vetted subprocessors only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Data we collect

Account information

Name, email address, and password hash.
Company name, phone, and address.

Usage analytics

Page views, feature usage, and click patterns.
This data is aggregated and anonymized.
Used solely to improve the product.

Server logs

IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings.
Retained for 90 days for security monitoring.
Not sold or shared with advertisers.

Subprocessors and AI providers

JobsiteOn uses third-party subprocessors for hosting, database storage, object storage, cache/queue infrastructure, email delivery, payments, SMS, error monitoring, analytics, and optional integrations. The current list is published in Third-Party Subprocessors.

When AI Foreman is used, scoped prompts and relevant JobsiteOn context may be processed by approved model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, OpenRouter, or a configured private gateway. These providers are disclosed as subprocessors and handled under the vendor terms for the configured provider. JobsiteOn does not use customer content sent through AI Foreman to train JobsiteOn-owned models.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations, you have the right to:

Access your data at any time.
Export your data in standard formats.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data and account.
Object to data processing.
Restrict processing in certain circumstances.

Cookies

JobsiteOn uses:

Strictly necessary cookies -- for authentication and session management. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies -- opt-in where required by local regulation.
No third-party advertising cookies.
