The activity log shows what has changed on a property, who did it and when.
The log refreshes after you make a change on the page.

Each entry shows the teammate who made the change and when.
Jobs, quotes and invoices keep their own history on their own pages.
The Details tab shows Added by (the teammate who created the property), Added on and Last updated under Property metadata.
