Before deleting, download a copy of your data:

  2. Wait for the export to generate.
  3. Download and store the file securely.

Step 2: Request account deletion

  1. Go to /settings > Account > Profile.

Cancelling a deletion request

If you change your mind within the first 7 days, contact support@jobsiteon.com to cancel the deletion request. After 7 days, cancellation may not be possible.

Tip: If you just want to stop using JobsiteOn temporarily, consider cancelling your subscription instead. Your data is retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation.

Note: Account deletion is required to comply with GDPR "right to erasure" requests. If you are a customer of a business using JobsiteOn and want your data deleted, contact that business directly.
