How to see a property's quotes, open the full list, and start a new quote for the property.
Where to find a property's quotes and who those quotes are addressed to.
The card shows the first few quotes with their number, title, amount and status. Click Show more to see the rest of the loaded rows. The count next to the title is the true total for the property.
Click View all to open the Quotes list for this property, where you can filter, sort and open any quote. A Property: chip at the top shows the address; click its X to see every quote again.

The Quoted line in the Financial Summary on the Details tab adds up every quote at the property.
Each quote is addressed to the customer on its job. If the job has no customer of its own, the property's owner is used. See Property Owners and On-Site Contacts.
Click Add Quote on the Quotes card, or More then Create Quote at the top of the page. The new quote starts with this property linked.
Tip: Look over past quotes before pricing new work at the same property. They give you a pricing baseline.
