What this guide covers

This guide shows you how to view and filter all quotes associated with a specific property. Use this view to review past estimates, track acceptance rates, and prepare future proposals.

Accessing the quotes list

  1. Open the property at /properties/[slug].
  2. Click the Quotes tab.

The tab displays every quote created for this property, sorted by date with the most recent first.

Understanding the quotes list

Each row includes:

  • Quote number -- the unique identifier.
  • Status -- Draft, Sent, Accepted, or Declined.
  • Amount -- the total quoted.
  • Created -- the date the quote was generated.
  • Expires -- the quote expiration date, if set.

Click any row to open the full quote detail page.

Filtering quotes

Use the controls at the top of the Quotes tab:

  • Status filter -- show only quotes in a specific status.
  • Date range -- narrow results to a specific period.

Tip: Review the quote history before creating a new estimate for the same property. Past quotes give you a pricing baseline and help you identify what has changed.

Creating a new quote from the property

Click New Quote in the top-right of the property detail page. The quote form opens with the property address and primary contact pre-filled.
